    Internet Explorer needs the certificate in the Windows Certificate Store.
    Launch the installation process by clicking the file icon.
    Download and open the certificate.
    Click OK to immediately launch the installation process.

    To save the file and import at a later time, save the file on your system and launch the install process by clicking on the file icon from your desktop.
    Click Install Certificate to launch the Certificate Import Wizard.
    Read the description on the Welcome screen, then click Next>.
    Select the option Place all certificates in the following store, click Browse and select the Trusted Root Certification Authorities from the list.
    Then click Next>.
    Click Finish.
    Click OK on the successful import message.
    The certificate is now installed.

    Click OK to close the certificate installation process, or ...
    ... review the imported certificate, click the Details tab, then view the Field values by highlighting the row.
    Scroll down to the Thumbprint. The correct certificate has a value of:
    8b 39 db c5 41 c1 af 7a 8b c2 49 69 96 19 88 fd fc f0 02 2c
    View certificates and delete certificates
    Launch the Control Panel from the Start button. The Control Panel opens in one of two modes:
  • Category View: Click Network and Internet Connections then Internet Options.
  • Classic View: Click Internet Options.
    The Internet Properties window launches.
    Click the Content tab.
    Under the Certificates section, click Certificates.
    The root certificates can be found under the Trusted Root Certification Authority.
    Scroll down to find the certificate you want to view or delete.
    Click View to review the certificate properties, or click Remove to delete the certificate from the store.
    NOTE: Removing important root certificate will cause Windows to prompt with an Alert that the secure connection failed with an untrusted security certificate.
