STDI Consulting Inc. today announces the launch of the Cooperative Purchasing Service. The hosted Internet service is a collection of project management and collaboration tools. They are bundled to benefit the members of purchasing groups that need to share requirements, commodity specifications, contracts, vendor details and provide feedback on all issues.
