The system provides different options to employees depending on their status, full time, part time, retiree and more. The different options can be a simple package with health and live insurance, or complex with up to 10 different options. Employees can select the benefits that suit them best. The information is immediately available to the benefit coordinator and any changes can be sent to the insurance agent and the payroll system.
